Consisting of 2 straps with Velcro closures, connected by an elastic sheath of 40 cm length, this material is intended to limit the distance in feet travel (maximum extension of the elastic 55 cm).

Theoretically, if you limit the ability of a fighter to move, then you increase its ability to manage other tactical solutions: Improved tactical reactions - work dodges the upper body or blockages by discipline, etc ...
