JU-JITSU - efficiency by the movement

The practice of Jujitsu is the art of combat par excellence. It brings together all the techniques at different distances : percussion, body to body, projections, up to the master on the ground.
The effectiveness of the three distances is based on the quality of the support, opportunity, anticipation, timing, physical condition, and laws, the biomechanics of the body.
The research of the effectiveness of the movement depends on all these factors.
Eric Candori and Olivier D'amario are a black belt 4th Dan of Judo and Jujitsu, ex-international, graduates of state, ranking in brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and black belt in american Boxing.
They will show you valuable exercises and techniques designed to get good body shapes in the three distances, to be effective in action, in movement.
